Currently, our thick thermal oxide film technology is shipped to worldwide customers as the most important materials for expanding market of optical communication components such as 5G and DATA Center. Also, the technology is applied in to SOI wafer production to minimize lead time and improve quality for MEMS and power device from pilot development to mass production.
